Customer Satisfaction Survey looping?
I am trying to fill in the Customer Satisfaction Survey on the Demon
home page. Eventually, it went back to the first question. So, I went
through all the questions again (at least it remembers the answers from
the last time through). Eventually, it got back to the first question
again.
I've never had a survey do this before.
Has anyone else managed to get to the end of this survey, or is it just
yet another Demon cock-up?
How do I get out without the answers being lost?
Why does everything to do with Demon have to be so damned difficult or
broken these days? Don;t they test anything any more?
Or is this 'Customer Satisfaction Survey' just a fallacy?
it would probably be useful to say which browser you're using and
whether you've done any configuration changes -- such as turning off
cookies or JavaScript or similar.
Indeed. I have heard of about 4 other customers with problem but so
far no clues why this is happening.
We have had many hundred surveys sucessfully submitted so it is not a
widespread problem, but specific to a particular configuration, or
perhaps security or similar software.
I have (not a Demon one). It may be that the survey requires some
feature in your browser which either yours doesn't have, or it does but
for security reasons you have disabled it.
