Customer Relationship Management Software package requires PASV FTP for our remote users

We have started running a new Customer Relationship Management(CRM)
software package that requires PASV FTP for our remote users.
We currently have an FTP server that I have setup using a static
NAT route with FTP filters, this allows all active FTP clients to connect.

The new CRM software dose not like this setup so I was wondering if I
setup another FTP server could I use the FTP accelerator. What if any
filters would I need?

I currently have filters for 2 inbound requests and 2 outbound response
for the 1st FTP server and I have 2 stateful filters for workstations that
will allow them to connect only to ports 20 and 21 on remote FTP servers.

I don't use the FTP accelerator with our current FTP server because
customers who were connecting to it were having troubles with time outs
and lost connections. This was a fast easy fix.

If i have missed something let me know and I will update ASAP.
I suspect the easiest solution would be to try using the ftp-port-pasv-st
definition, source=any, destination=FTP accelerator public IP address.

This is for inbound FTP to an internal FTP server. If you mean FTP Proxy,
that is quite different, and it should not require any additional exceptions.
