Customer Relationship Management/Outlook synch must include Company Name in Outlook!
This has to be fixed, and quickly. It's a huge hole that I can't synch my
Contacts with Outlook and have company information available to synch with my
PDA. After all this time and money invested I find out now that I can't take
my client information with me when I hit the road! CRM = CUSTOMER
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT. How can it live up to its name when my client's
company name is absent from my ability to go mobile?!
