I have little knowledge of Customer Relationship Management and wonder if anyone could point me to a case study, where a manufacturing business with no IT infrastructure has been transformed (ie made more profitable) with the use of computers.
Hi, i'm looking for information of key areas where monetary savings can be
made through the use of IT in a vertically integrated manufacturing
business. As an IT grad I understand the technical areas (database design,
code, project management), but have little knowledge of supply chain
issues, sales and customer relationship management needs, process
improvement etc...
I wonder if anyone could point me to a case study, where a manufacturing
business with no IT infrastructure has been transformed (ie made more
profitable) with the use of computers.

Computers only make possible what was not possible. Whether
