Customer Relationship Management Exam in Belgium
I've just finished an Customer Relationship Management exam . I failed.... with 77% !!
I had 100% for Security, 90% for supporting technologies, 90% for data
migration and 90% for server&client installation..... But only 45% for
Architecture. And that made me fail the exam.
I had 3 questions regarding "Outlook Graph" (no typo): but I can't find
anything about a outlook graph. I've searched www.microsoft.com,
support.microsoft.com, groups.google.com (crm newsgroup); but nothing about
a "Outlook Graph".
Is there anybody who knows what a outlook graph is, and what it does ?
PS: meanwhile I will ask our local Belgium Microsoft office if we can't get
a (temp) login to that website..

words. It is the local instance of the MSDE databases METABASE and CRM on
the Sales for Outlook client.
