Customer Relationship Management Application
Does anyone on this newsgroup know of any ASP (active server page)-based
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) pages? My company has been looking
for CRM software for about a year now and all we can find are the 'services'
provided by application service providers that cost mega-bucks. We'd
prefer to own our own software so we aren't slaves of the ASP's (application
service provides.)
I have developed an ASP-based Customer Relationship Management application,
with codename "Willow 42".
It's based on MS Access 2000 and MS SQL Server.
Now, it's German language, but implementation of multilanguage support will
be finished in 3 weeks.
There are two different interfaces:
for members and for customers.
You also can add more modules for your CRM, like news-services, shopping
cart, document-management, messaging, chat...
