Customer Management Relationship Saleslogix
I would just like to know if there is anyone out there who have used both
SalesLogix and GoldMine and would like to give me a brief comparison of the
two products, just a few lines of your experiences would be a great help.

My company sells both. GoldMine Standard (or the newest Business
Contact Manager version) is a great product for smaller companies (1
to 25 users). GoldMine FrontOffice is good for larger companies or
ones that need the reliability and security of the Microsoft SQL
database backend. It is also a good choice if the customer support
module needs to act more like a helpdesk for technical issues.
SalesLogix provides more customizations options and robust
synchronization to remote systems. If you discuss your needs and CRM
requirements with a reseller they can recommend the right package for
you. There are several who deal with both systems in the UK as here in
the US.
