Outlook contacts to Customer Relationship Management Lead and Account
I've a lot of contacts in my outlook that I want to load into Customer
Relationship Management(CRM) contacts.
However, after I load into CRM contacts, sometime these contacts could be
accounts, or even sometime these contacts are only leads. I don't see any
function that I can convert my CRM contacts to be leads or accounts. Does
anyone know this ability in CRM? Is there any add-on software that can do
this function?

There is an ISV writing a new import wizard but for now all you can import
are leads, accounts, contacts, marketing responses - anything else will
require you to either write or purchase a 3rd party solution like scribe
migrate etc
