Where are all the CRM Strategy and CRM Consultanting?
The answer is that most of them are hiding in closed specialist mailing
lists or authinfo closed newsgroups.
There are several specialised fora: BPR, Learning Organisation, CSCW,
Workflow et al. plus the strategic stuff coming out of Sloan School,
Cranfield, Henley, Paris et seq. plus Peters, Handy, Drucker etc.
I dont know them all, I just know they exist.
For a long time now I have been trauling the newsgroups and web sites, looking
for signs of life from the strategy consulting and business academic fraternity.
I'm sure you are out there somewhere
