Crm Software Support

When creating a filter for Account in Advanced Find, there is no field for
Classification in the dropdown list. Could this be a error in CRM software
or am I looking for some support ?
Any idea ?
Assuming MS CRM 3.0
The first thing is to check the form to figure out what field it is in the
back end.

Send the list back what actual field name you are looking for so we can
check if we can search it in our systems. (If it is a custom field it should
show up in the advanced find if you have published)

Then check in attributes section and look up that field to see what its
displayed name is.

The display name is what should show up in the list in advanced find to
query on. It should show up. There are some fields that you are not able to
search on using advanced find. If none of us cann search on the field you
are lookign to search on then it is either a bug or by design that you cannot
search that field.
To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft Product Support
Services to obtain the hotfix. For a complete list of Microsoft Product
Support Services telephone numbers and information about support costs,
visit the following Microsoft Web site:

Note In special cases, charges that are ordinarily incurred for support
calls may be canceled if a Microsoft Support Professional determines that a
specific update will resolve your problem. The usual support costs will
apply to additional support questions and issues that do not qualify for the
specific update in question.
