Review : CRM software on Linux server

My network is made up of mostly Windows computers. Currently, I am using MS
Exchange 2000 server to host customers contact information.
I am thinking of using a Linux variant to replace Exchange 2000 server.

Is there any good Crm Software which can be installed on a Linux server and can
be used by clients such as Windows or other OS like Mac?
The Linux Crm Software should preferably allow me to import and export the
customer databases to other file formats like *.CSV or a Word file
so that the user can create mailling labels base on the customers address.
can't personally speak from experience, but I have been researching and I
am about to pitch the SUSE OPEN EXCHANGE SERVER as a *possible* replacement
for out RedHat File Server to the Directors of the company I work for
(there are plenty of other RedHat boxes here that I have set-up tho').

I am not sure on your CRM needs, but SuSE is gaining a reputation as a good
corporate distro, also Sun's new Java desktop system is based on SuSE
Desktop to some degree. SuSE also claims that Open Exchange Server
integrates with Outlook to some degree, I would like to know how well
though.
