If I install CRM software and do not integrate with an accounting package, is it
still possible to see customer sales data?
IOW, can I "hook up" CRM to read directly from MS SQL server or an ODBC/OLE
DB compliant database?
If I can't read directly from a database using OLE DB or ODBC, can I import
sales data toCRM via some import utility (e.g., export my sales data from
SQL Server to a text file and then import that into CRM)?
Or is the only way to get sales data is integration with Great Plains or
Solomon?
2. Can I integrate CRM with Small Business Manager?
We are using the Axonom Powertrak software package as our MS-CRM
customization tool. This lets us create views to SQL data not resident on
the MS-CRM SQL server. We also are not yet integrating with accounting
package and want to be able to view the sales data in other systems.
