Failing that.....any good magazines or publications, particular to Australia
if possible. Just for reference, I am managing a Help Desk that provides
support for external customers for an ISP.Does anyone know if there are any
conferences or training events held in Australia on Help Desk/CRM software
or management techniques. I am down in Tasmania and am a little bit out of
the loop down here!
Yes, I am going to do some training in Sydney starting the 5th of June. It is
held at Computer Associates and is in regards to there product Unicenter TNG.
There are 3 courses - Advanced Help Desk / Paradigm User Training, Administering
Unicenter TNG, Implementing Unicenter TNG - it depends though if you are going
to be using this particular product in your company.
