what other services are required by CRM

I just installed sql server and CRM on the same box (2003 server with AD) .
When followed all instruction to grant access to the Administrator to
databases on sql .
When I opened Ie and try http://myserver . I got a message from this error :
http://myserver/_common/error/errorhandler.aspx?errNum=0x80040E4D
It's probably sql access error , but I can't find where .Microsoft CRM services
are running but I don't know what other services are required by CRM , the
ones I can see from CRM are : Microsoft CRM Security Service , Microsoft CRM
Bulk E-mail Service , Microsoft CRM Deletion Service , Microsoft CRM Workflow
Service .
The second problem is when I try to add users by the CRM manager , I choose
Administrator and click on Next , I had an error that I don't have enough
privileges to add users . I'm using the Administrator account (domain Admin) .
I can't even run workflow oe workmonitor because of this privileges error .
please I need help , I'm having this issue since last week .
Can you check if the administrator has been added to the UserGroup and the
CRM System Administrator role in Active Directory. It should have been added
to those groups. If not the installation could not access the AD correct.
you should be able to use the application without exchange and the email
router. Could you check your eventviewer (application) and copy paste the
error that is given by the Microsoft CRM application?
