By the end of this year Microsoft will have ventured into another
application domain, CRM, with its Dynamics Live CRM Service

Although the concept is not new Microsoft has now defined a delivery
model for architects and developers to build applications that can be
used as a service rather then a product.
With Intertwine applications we have followed the same conceptual
design. Only if this SaaS model was out a year and a half back we
could have learned a lot from it.
