Outlook with CRM 3.0 Crashes-found a solution

I have rolled out CRM to a new customer and everything is running quite well,
except for ONE workstation whereby CRM for Outlook causes Outlook to crash
once or twice a day to once every hour.

I have re-installed, shut off sycnhronization, shut off email tagging,
installed both laptop and desktop clients, etc

Has anyone else run into a similiar problem and have they found a solution?
I'm having a similar problem on 1 machine (at least 10 other work ok). When
the user opens about every 2nd email, Outlook freezes and then restarts. They
are on SP2 but then again so is every other machine.
No res though.
We rolled out CRM 3.0 and basically brought our productivity to an absolute
halt.

3 desktops (1.8 GHz Pentiums with 512 Mb RAM) and a Tablet all have Outlook
issues. Users reported 11-15 minutes to open an email reply. One user's
Outlook cannot be quit without killing the process.

there is a distinct and abject lack of QC on this. I cannot believe this
CRM client (laptop or "regular" ) was ever tested in anything remotely
similar to a production environment.

On the one machine, the problems seem to be correlated with "tagging"
emials, the others seem to be correlated with the installation itself.
