CRM Outlook Add-In software crashes
We have several users running the Outlook add-in for CRM. Many of
them (but not all), have reported that Outlook crashes constantly with
the add-in installed, but if they uninstall it, Outlook is stable.
Here are some sample messages from Event Viewer:

Our server is up-to-date with the complete CRM patch roll-up, and my
IT guy ensures me that the client patch has been installed as well.
Anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?
Might be related to a somewhat recent hotfix for Outlook that is incompatible
with CRM. MSFT has a hotfix for it that can be found here:

The publicly available fix at

includes the hotfix that you need for Outlook.
