My friend in Nj has trouble with CRM sorware
I have an user Who work in Nj is draging E-mails from his Outlook into his desktop
(using this methode to archive the file in a third party CRM software).
Most of the times he has no problems, but sometimes the E-mail is beeing
deleted when he drag it into his desktop. Does somebody have clue why this is
happening?
I am looking forward for your answer.
Is this user dragging using the right mouse button? If yes, does the user
then choose the option to "move" rather than "copy?" Moving means the mail
is removed from Outlook and may be the cause of the missing mial.
When posting an Outlook problem, please give the version year and mode. (See
Help->About, second line in Outlook 98 or 2000 for the mode, Internet Mail
Only or Corporate or Workgroup.) Post all questions/replies to the
newsgroups, unsolicited mail is deleted without reading.
