Crm Microsoft Training Worth

I am interested in becoming an MCSE and I was at the bookstore
where I saw the Microsoft Windows NT training kit for ver. 3.5
and 3.51 (2 separate packages). They are $199 each. They
compose of 2 books and a video and a CRM software I believe. It
says on the box that it is a self study kit including
handson practice for microsoft certification. My questions are:

Is this worth it? Will this be all I need to pass all the
MCSE tests? Some tests? How is this different than the
Resource Kit? Is the Resource Kit more importan for developers
than people looking to get their MCSE?

I know it is pretty obvious that Microsoft would not publish
all someone needs to know that is usually in an $8000 class
for only $200, but maybe it is worthwhile anyway?
I can't take time off from work right now to do the
actual class (not to mention the money), so I am
hoping to do learn everything myself. If this training
kit is not sufficient, what books, kit should I get?

On another note, what is included in the self study kit
for the 1st test (win 95 or dos6.2/win 3.1)? Is this
worth the money, or can someone learn everything by
looking at other cheaper books. I think the value
would be in the practice tests.

I know I've been rambling on, but I appreciate any
comments that can help me.
Here's the info you need. The training kit came out for Windows NT 3.5, but will give you all in passing
the information required to pass both the Windows NT 3.51 Workstation and Windows NT Server 3.51
exams. There is only a few things added to the 3.51 version worth remembering, mainly 3.51 has ablility
to compress your files. I personally have taken the Windows NT 3.51 Workstation test and passed
on the first attempt. I used the book in the training kit and microsoft's practice exams.

You need the training kit to take the two NT tests in order to avoid the excessive training expenses.
The resource kit has some Internet utilities, and reference materials.
