Has anyone here any experience of using mobile devices such as Compaq iPaq
PDA with Microsoft CRM.
In particular I am looking for the ability to be able to use a PDA offline
and then synchronise with the CRM database when back online.
If you know of any companies providing such a facility can you please let me
know ?

There are a few ISV offerings in this area that might fit the bill. In
theory, you can also use the PDA by synching with Outlook. That will work
to some extent, but won't give you access to any of the CRM specific items.
It will also pose some problems with creating new records in the PDA. This
would be the same as creating a record with the regular Outlook forms and
not the CRM specific ones. The items wouldn't appear in CRM after synching.
