Insurance / Benefits Admin CRM ISV Solution
We're working with a customer now that owns an insurance benefits
administration company.
Most of his customization needs seem pretty straight forward but we might be
able to save him some time on labor if there is an ISV out there that's
already created some customizations for the Insurance industry so I thought
that I'd ask.
The only true vertical extension for CRM that I've seen so is the Sonoma
real estate solution. Are there others? Is anyone aware of a site that
maintains them?
My company, Data Reduction Systems, has built custom entities / objects
within CRM that feature remote data collection from either paper sources or
electronic (Pocket PC, tablet, Smartphone). These outboard data collection
articles are traditionally paper bound thus necessitating the need for
transforming the paper document to electronic via our production scanning
services. Additionally, we have validated our systems for the pharmaceutical
