cannot enable CRM Hosting Settings in MPS Sample CP
I have deployed the HMC v3.5 with consolidated server platform, it
worked fine.
Then I plan to deploy the CRM hosting ,so I got the CRM SPLA version disc
from MS, and start deployment follow the guide setp-by-step.
It's very smoothly at the beginning, but I got the error when I try to
enable the CRM Hosting Settings for the organization "Adventureworks".

8. In the Mailbox UPN field, type the CRM System mailbox name:
adventurewo...@crmmail.consolidatedmessenger.com.
9. In the Mailbox SMTP Domain field, type crmmail.consolidatedmessenger.com.
10. Click Submit.

After click the submit button, I got some error msg:
Unable to open object
'LDAP://ad01.fabrikam.com/CN=adventurewo...@crmmail.consolidatedmessenger.com,OU=CRMMail,
OU=Consolidatedmessenger,OU=Hosting,DC=Fabrikam,DC=Com'./There is no such
object on the server./ADsGetObject/GetProperties
BTW: I installed CRM on a server named CRMAPP01 , and installed SQL2000 SP4
on a server named CRMSQL01 ,
and installed E-mail Router on the BE01 (Back-End Exchange server in HMC
3.5 )
Any Ideas?
I have had the same problem, my problem was that I used different
names then the install guide, I used
crmmailorg.consolidatedmessenger.com, so maybe for you it is also
related to namespaces..
