Provide a CRM hosted software
This is my first post to the group . I have recently formed a company to
provide a CRM hosted software (ASP) service and am looking for a company to
provide the hosting.
Part of my plan is to integrate the software into client websites, so I
need to be able to register domains for clients (in their own name) and
host their websites too. So I guess it's a reseller account I'm after.
Critical requirements are:
- .Net support (pref 1.1 and 2.0, but 1.1 the priority for now)
- Access DB support
- SQL Server (Express would be fine)
- A minimum of 50-100 domains supported, with unlimited subdomains
- The ability to grow
But above everything else, whoever I choose is going to make or break
my reputation, so the hosting has to be reliable. I don't mind whether
the hosting is shared, vps or dedicated initially, just so long as it's
reasonably fast and very reliable.
I was thinking of going to Red Fox Hosting, but their size and lack of
transparency concerns me.
RackSpace are a bit expensive, I was thinking a budget of £250-£500
pa initially
Mosso in the States are just outside of this budget but recommended by
RackSpace (who own a share).
Is anyone else able to recommend a company or offer me any advice?

You are going to have to multiply that budget by ten to get anything that
will meet your requirements.
