I'm researching CRM 3.0 for a client. They are most interested in having a
centralized contact management database, but want the ability to
syncronize
the database to their Windows Mobile handhelds wirelessly. I know that there
is a mobile CRM client that can be installed and syncronized. I am curious
to know if the CRM mobile client can be syncronized wirelessly using
ActiveSync. Alternatively, can the user place CRM contacts automatically in
their Outlook Contacts so that ActiveSync can wirelessly sync?

Does this functionality work in CRM 3.0? If so, is there documentation that
says as much?

Thanks for the assistance!
The Windows Mobile Client does not use Echange ActiveSync. Rather it uses
it's own sync mechanism. It will do it over GPRS.... I would expect that
within the next couple of months. (It is currently in a limited beta)
