MBS Partners have a lot of comparitive selling info, and I'm sure any
competing product companies would as well. If you're doing a
reasonable-sized implemenation of CRM, your best bet is always to go with an
independant company that can provide you with a realistic comparison of
product features, along with other important factors such as costs,
maintainability, supportability, upgradability, user training, and all that
good stuff. If you can find someone that doesn't sell CRM, but offers CRM
vendor selection consulting, and has good partners that can implement
various CRM packages, then you're in good shape. If not, you may want to
talk to several MS CRM vendors as well as other vendors, to learn how they
position their products against each others.
