CRM improved productivity (For example: "before we implemented microsoft CRM
the average time it took to process a client request was 10 minutes and after
the implementation this time dropped by 50%).

amount of measureable benefit varies from company to company and is based on
what specifically each company is trying to improve. While I don't have
