Crm Call Center software
I have several quality voice modems I would like to use as a CRM call center. I
have tired Call Attendent Pro, Symantec Talkworks but they don't seem to do
what I want.
I have distinctive ring set-up.
The first line is my home line, I would simply like mailboxes set up here
(press 1 for Ted, 2 for Mary, etc.)
The second Line is a business line, I would like it to detect a fax and if
not a fax go in to a menu system. The menu system is not mandatory but if it
could at least go in to a greeting with the option to leave a message.
Any suggestions?

It would seem many of the cool features are only available if you are
running NT/Tapi3.x.
