I have just got a copy of my credit report from Experian. Does Equifax hold the same information? ie Do they share information and would the report show the same, or do I need get a copy of the Equifax report as well?

-You'd think they should be, but they are not consistent. I get data on one
report but not on the other. If I was you, I'd get both to be sure.
-You should get both. They get data from different, but not mutually
exclusively, sources.
