I paid for something online, and they charged my card, but they also need further
info from me to complete my order (eg. signature, paperwork, etc). I don't wish
to proceed with them because they have refused to answer my calls and e-mails and
I don't think they are on the level. Can I reverse the charge to my card seeing
as I did not officially complete the order? I would guess not, because I did
agree initially to it, but without my signature et al how valid is the transaction?
