Credit Card credit into savings account?
Is there anyway I could use a credit card to deposit, say, $500 into a
savings account? It would be just like buying something with the
credit card, except the money would go into a bank account.
Do any credit cards have ways of linking them with a bank account?
Most credit cards have online bill pay, but the money transfer is
usually one directional: "Checking -> Credit Card". What I want to do
is transfer credit into a checking (or savings) account
-It wouldn't be at all like buying something; it would be a cash advance.
Do you have to do it online?
If not, does your credit card issue "convenience checks"? They look like
checks but act like cash advances.
