Company is registered in Nevada. Company located in Seattle. I

regulate it. We only do residential over 4 million which are directed

to a Investment Bank since they do not fall under residential

guidelines.We are an National and International Placement agency. We

are not regulated under a residential mortgage broker licence since we

do no comsumer loans and do not fall under RESPA requirements. We

operate under the UCC. We are not a realtor or real estate company.
