Does anyone know of a Elementary Plane Geometry online course being
offered by a junior college or university in the USA??? I can't locate one anywhere on the Web.

-Elementary plane geometry is not normally a credit-bearing,
college-level math course. If you need it as a prerequisite to
college algebra, trigonometry, or analytic geometry, you'll
probably have better luck finding it at one of the universities
offering high school programs online, such as Texas Tech.
