I need some advices about Cisco Microsoft Crm
I know that Cisco has an integration to CRM from their phone system to
handle outbound dialing and screen pops.
I am looking for a ballpark price. Anyone know approximately what it
might cost?
I think the Cisco Call Manager/Call Manager Express Microsoft CRM Adaptor is
free. In terms of installation/general training cost - no more than a few
hours for someone that knows it. Check with your Cisco/Microsoft CRM partner.
