Winter Beauty Tips
I have some tried and true winter beauty tips
thought it might be a good time to get the girls together or just good
clean fun with that special someone.
1. Powdered milk in the bath water or in the shower takes the "ash"
away.
2. Cold Coffee great for brow and black hair.
takes off product build up and adds highlights and shine.
3. Local Honey, first a Table spoon a day started now before spring will
help for allergies.
also Honey is great to mix with powdered milk
or oatmeal for dry itchy skin.
4. Lavender flowers, steam on the stove helps mend the cranky winter
mood, tea is good for
the moon time " I recommend it for the men to"
Great for bath, use the flowers in old pantyhose this type sponge will
las 4 day is not used with any other additives to the bath.
Not just for mood but antiseptic no need for soap
and the smell is wonderful and is a good scrub.
5. DO NOT use baby oil, it is mineral oil and actually draws minerals
from the body.
For lice use Coconut oil or even vegetable oil works and is easy to
rinse out and safer than the chemicals. Use small amount of oil directly
after after bath keeps in moisture.
6. take care of them feet! have a foot party with the girls "or guys if
they can handle it". It is important to take good care of the feet this
is very true for those with diabetes.
- I've tried #2 and #4, and I can say they are good tips! (blackberry
tea works well for the moon time as well!) Im going to start #3 right this
minute!
