Oily Skin - why?

My skin gets very, very oily, especially my face. It gets the worst
during and after eating a meal. I've noticed that certain foods make
it worse than others. Usually the healthier the food, the better it
is. For example; veggies, fruits, deli meat and water don't result in
oily skin. However, pretty much anything else makes my face very
oily. One thing that I found interesting is that regular chewing gum
and breath mints make my face extremely oily, but sugar-free gum and
breath mints don't make my face oily at all. I also found if I don't
put sugar on my bowl of cereal in the morning then my face doesn't get
oily. Could sugar have something to do with why my face gets so oily?

I would reccomend that you use a cleanser, toner and moistuerizer twice
a day and a scrub every other day. I am a senior consultant with
BeautiControl. Our Skinlogics skin care line is oil free and acohol
free. You can view the products here http://www.beautipage.com/andreafisher
Use warm (not hot) water when you wash and I would also reccolmend that
you not use a wash cloth when you wash your face.
