Any have a simple, inexpensive men's skin care regimen?

I'm 22, have mild acne (blackheads, big pores, an occasional breakout)
and the scars from severe teenage acne. I'm already developing
wrinkling (forehead, under eyes) and my skin is rather uneven and
blotchy. It's not too oily anymore, but still enough to shine on the
forehead and nose by midafternoon.
I'm looking to reduce the appearance of that acne scarring, even out
the blotchiness, and *most* importantly protect my skin for the future
(my career goals require that I not look old before my time)
At the moment, I use St. Ives Medicated Apricot Scrub, St. Ives Clear
Pore Cleanser, Neutrogena Multi-Vitamin Acne Treatment, 10% benzoyl
peroxide cream, and St. Ives Oil-Free Moisturizer. I use the first two
at least daily and the rest as often as I have time/am sober enough.
-You can use anything a woman uses. Whatever you do, do not pick your face.
Sounds like you are doing okay, the only other thing to do is see a
Dermatologist. Check through your school to see if they have any kind of
plan or Dr. you could see.
Evita fan, I take it.

-DH has kept his skin looking pretty good via Cetaphil (both the cleanser and
moisturizer).
