MS Money and new capital gains tax law
Will there be an update to MS Money to deal with the new, more complex
capital gains holding periods?
We'll have to see if the Capital Gains Tax Reports in Money 98 (expected
this month) will reflect those changes in the tax law.
I don't see this as a major issue, however, since Money is not a tax
preparation program, and it's no great effort to manually enter your
trades in your tax program or on the IRS forms themselves.
