I am currently attempting to setup a video conference call
center, using Intel's Pro-Share video conferencing and ISDN
(2B+D at the remote site, with a PRI line at the host). The
problem is that I need one ISDN number to call, and then to
route that call to the next available agent at the call center
(host).

From what I understand, Teleos has a solution. This is a very
basic ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) that will enable us to
have a hunt group, and route the incoming call to the next
available agent. This is a very expensive solution (around
$25,000), and doesn't seem too elegant.

Any solutions? It would be much appreciated.
I doubt that Teleos has created a H.320 "video" ACD, if they have, they
are years ahead of the marketplace. The ACD they can sell you will
transfer voice calls fine but data calls are a different animal.
