I have been working in the Call Center Technology field for many years now
and have seen a lot of players come and go. None have continued on an
ongoing basis to provide innovative and well supported global solutions as
well as I believe Avaya does. Whether the name is AT&T/Lucent/Avaya makes
little difference to me.
The fact remains that the customers who bought Definity Call Center
technology and all the surround (IVR, CTI, management reporting, etc.)
continue to be able to leverage their investments and grow toward the
future.
