Call Center Magazine
I am seeking feedback from those who subscribe to Call Center Magazine.
Mainly I am looking for the type of customer service (or lack of
customer service) they have received. I sent in a subscription request
in April and have yet to receive the first issue. I called them after 5
weeks and was informed they had no record of my subscription and that it
takes 4-6 weeks to process. I called after 8 weeks and they still have
no record of the subscription but was informed it would be another 2
weeks. Their calls are handled by a clearing house who informed me they
have not received any subscription orders from Call Center Magazine in 3
months. We have faxed copies of the purchase order to them 2 times.
Has anyone else recently subscribed and had the same experience? I am
debating having the purchase order revoked for lack of service. Is this
a magazine worth waiting to get? Your feedback is appreciated.
Considering this is a magazine for our industry, their customer service
has been anything but what I expect.
I too had a bad experience with them. I sent in a subscription form and
said bill me. I received the first issue and then a bill. I sent in a
check for payment in full for the subscription.
Since then, I have received bill after bill claiming they were still
waiting for payment. I never received another issue and they cashed my
check 3 mos. ago!!
I also called them and explained to them what the deal was and they said
they would correct the problem, since I faxed a copy of the canceled
check showing them that they had indeed received my payment and that
they had cashed my check!
I have yet to here back from them nor have I received another issue. I
finally gave up and decided not to do business with them, even though
they have my money. I just don't have the time for dealing with people
who have no clue how to do their jobs. O-well, just my 2 cents worth.
