icipate in all facets of technical pre-sales relating to the sale of the lates
t in contact center technology products and professional services. Great

Desired Requirements:
4 year degree, preferrably in computer science or related technical focus. Previous successful Technical Sales experience required in Call/Contact Center Application or solution space. CRM Application Knowledge is highly desirable as is solid CTI experience. Client/Server and Web-Based Customer Service application knowledge is also a big plus. MS-NT, MS-Exchange, SQL, Notes, Groupwise experience and skills preferred. You will need a strong background in call center technology and applications and be comfortable in a sales setting.
Will require up to 40% travel.
