and a skin care question.....

I just listed some stuff on eBay, then did a search to find over 90 items! But,
they are all beautiful and gothy, and I hope no one decides to get angry over
it. What, with all the eBay discussion recently. Filigree - you've got some
amazing stuff.... I only wish it was in my size!

Tonight I put up mostly clothes, all sizes 10-18/20 ( can you tell I'm a yo-yo
dieter?? ).
I've got a couple of vintage coats, vintage dresses, shoes, etc. A lot of
velvet stuff. And, big surprise, everything is black.

My scans arean't ready yet, but will be in the next day or so.

Now on to the question:

No matter what I do, my skin always seems to break out horribly. I've tried
everything in the world and nothing seems to work. So I was wondering - does
anyone know of anything INTERNAL that might help? ( Herbs, vitamins, etc - no
antibiotics ) I hate this so much, and feel really, really ugly and disgusting.
The people around me tell me it's not noticeable, and I shouldn't worry about
it, but I can't help it. Even if it's NOT bad, it seems that way to me.
What about Vit. A supplements, and/or adding A-rich foods to your diet
(dark orange and yellow fruits & veggies are good)? Making sure your
overall nutrition is in order couldn't hurt also.

And you might take a look at a recent thread about at-home facials.. I
admitted that careful, methodical extraction of blackheads and zits
(i.e. squeezing them) was a crucial part of maintaining my
generally-clear skin, and started off a minor avalanche of others
confessing to same... There was some great advice given by someone with
a cosmetology license on how to do this cleanly and safely.
