Byu.com-customer service support agent is bad
I've heard some bad informations about Buy.com .The customer service support
agent doesn't work clearly .So I'm wondering when I want to buy on it .Does any
one give me some advices, experiences to me .Thanks in your help
I know many people are angry about support policies at Buy.com. They
charge an extra $2.50 to place an order over the phone instead of
online. Also, there is a $9.00 charge to speak with a customer
service/tech support agent even if you have an exsisting issue that
they are at fault for. They do offer free shipping on many items but
this is not of much use because it is amazingly slow! For those of
you who need to contact a customer service agent without having to be
charged a fee and deal with their phone tree, here is a direct number

I also found that they have added a "service charge" to thier orders, so you
don't really get "free" shipping. I haven't bought anythign from them in
