Body Acne




Do most people get alittle acne when they are lifting weights? Two weeks
ago I started back weightlifting after about a month and half break. I've
noticed that during my break, the acne that was on my body went away, but
it's started back when I began lifting again. I keep pretty good personal
hygiene so is it the hormone levels going up? How might one counteract this?
-If you arent juicing, then I doubt any rise in T from weightlifting
would be enough to cause a noticable increase in acne.

I think it has more to do with sweating more and having all that sweat
and oil ground/pounded into your pores by the bench and by the bar.
