Can anyone recommend a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) web based
product? I'm looking for something that can be purchased and placed on my
own web server. Written in Delphi would be a bonus but not a requirement.

there is at minimum one app for it. don't know its name. but it was coded in
php. maybe there is something more.

We are currently looking at Microsoft CRM. A web-based solution that
has some nice integration with Outlook. Build in .Net.
But it's rather expensive compared to other products. But if you are a
certified partner or if you have a action pack, you get some free
licences.
