Tell about Bankruptcy Filing Search
Does it even matter if I have resigned after the bankruptcy has been filed ?
Or is this irrelevant ? Does th ddynamic of this whole process change in
anyway depending on whether they owe you after they filed bankruptcy or
before ?

May I ask another question ? The amounts involved are
small, is it recommended that i still hire a lawyer , to file
proof of claim etc.
The way it is in my company is that accrued sick
leave is paid at the time of leaving the company, in that context
I am not even listed as one of the creditors. I beleive I am not
listed because I haven't been receiving notifications from the
court while employees who left prior to filing the bankruptcy
are receving them.
Would the fact that I have left after the petition has been filed
make the payment to me post -petition, thereby liable.
Would you aslo recommend that I let the courts know and get myslef
a claim form etc.
