Bankruptcy Homestead forms?
I hope that someone can answer my puzzling question. I am filing bankruptcy
and have finished the forms, which I got on my own. Now I need to file a
Homestead so that my possessions can not be liquidated. My question is where
the heck do you get the forms!?!
I have called the US Bankruptcy court who told me to go to my county's court so
I did that and they don't know where I get them accept from a lawyer. I asked
lawyers for them and they want a minimium of $100 for the stupid form.....
