Anyone here bought bank Repo houses for fixup & sell?I'm considering buying bank-owned houses that need some work and fixing them
up (repairs-new appliances-carpet/vinyl-repaint-windows, etc) and hope to
make a living doing so. I have the skills and most of the tools already.
Would like to hear from someone who is doing this. If I do most of the work
myself, I THINK I could make enough. I know each house and or deal will be
different, but I want to get general advice from someone already making a
living this way.
