ATT customer service...lock codes...
I have some questions about ATT customer service .what type of lock code do you need?
one for the phonelock or the puk code?
Does anyone give me some informations ?
He needs the lock code to unlock the Network padlock on the phone. I did
this with several T68 phones and flashed a few with the latest R6A012
firmware. Works great now. I need my phone to work overseas in India next
month, that's why I had to unlock the unit.
My friend works at AT&T Wireless (store manager). Even he told me that
their Sony Ericsson rep had no clue how to unlock the phone....even WITH the
unlock code (NCK) in hand!

After buying the cable, simply PayPal i...@gsmconnections.com the amount of
$8. You will then get a return e-mail sometime later with a username and
password and a link to download the unlock program. Enter the username and
password into the unlock program, connect the unlock cable to the T68 (or
T68i) then follow the instructions in the return e-mail. Within seconds,
the service will read your phone's info, transmit it via the internet to
their server, then return the information to you with the NCK code.
Then unplug the cable, remove the SIM, follow the instructions to enter the
NCK code into your phone. Then VOILA!, the phone will display "NETWORK
UNLOCKED" and you're all set!
