Aveda Skin care Q
There certainly have been a slew of curious threads on Aveda products recently.
I had a facial a long time ago with their skincare, and my skin really dug it.
I bought the Sensitive cleanser, and have been using it since. It works
really well, but really is similar to Cetaphil.
I have made the decision to only use my Lubriderm lotion for my body (where it
belongs for someone with skin like mine), and splurge on a nice moisturizer.
Yesterday, I bought the Oil-Free Hydraderm lotion and the Intensive Hydrating
Mask, which I can use in teensy blobs or mixed in with the Oil-Free on my super
dry spots. I have wacky combination skin: flaky and dry, but breakouts in
weird places.
I woke up with no zits this morning, so that's a start. And I love the smell,
What are others' experiences with Aveda skincare?
-Greatest product for skin Aveda has ever created!! The only thing from
their skncare that I would consider using as a staple.
-I get facials about every six weeks at an
Aveda salon and as a result have become
very fond of the following products:
1) Tourmaline cream - FABULOUS stuff
2) all-sensitive cleanser
(bought after Cetaphil irritated my skin)
3) all-sensitive moisturizer (no SPF )
4) all-sensitive toner
5) exfoliating toner (occasionally use on my T-zone)
6) Intensive Hydrating Masque - on my 4th tube!!
(it's great mixed with the Tourmaline cream)
